- Collapsed Turbo Oil Feed Line and New Solid Updated Line.

- Blown Out Intercooler Tubes. Usually a sign of overcharging turbo.

- Updated engine oil cooler already installed.

- Old Oil Screen was made of Nylon Mesh. New Screen is steel mesh.

- Dirty EGR Cooler with very small cooling fins. Which causes pressure buildup.

- Updated EGR Cooler is alot more spacious to keep pressure from building.

- Scared Unison Ring causes turbo to over boost.

[…] I was searching on the feed line yesterday. Found a pic that showed the braided hose collapsing due to the interior hose degrading. What we have seen is the braided hose will have a slight kink it. We feel this is caused by undoing the upper portion of the line only and pushing the line out of the way for turbo removal and engine oil cooler replacement and other repairs made on the center of engine. It is best to replace it with the solid upgraded line to ensure not to starve turbo of oil.
